An illustrated graphic designed for the 'Inheritage Project' - a project started by Alisha Sadikot aimed at introducing people to the histories, streets, public spaces and culture of the city of Mumbai.

 

The artwork was to announce and invite applications for her 8-part 'Walkshop' - where interested individuals would learn how to craft and lead city walks, unique to their personality, interests and experiences of the city space. To communicate this we went down an illustrative route (pun intended) - where winding paths formed a fingerprint, and depictions of the Rajabai Tower, Marine Drive lined with art deco buildings, and local buses rooted the graphic in the city of Mumbai. This graphic was then used across all her social media platforms.
